Calligraphy workshops in the North East
If you would like to give the art of beautiful writing a go yourself, Creative Calligraphy founder Angela Reed teaches calligraphy throughout the north east of England.
Regular venues include Re-Create Today in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside, From Loft to Loved in Sedgefield, County Durham, and Newcastle Arts Centre in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
Weekly classes are also held at Mortimer Community Centre in South Shields. If you would like to add your name to the waiting list for a place, please get in touch.
Angela is also happy to offer private workshops for individuals and groups, as well as community organisations and schools.

£30Wow your family and friends with your calligraphy skills this Christmas. In this workshop, calligrapher Angela Reed will guide you through the uncial script alphabet and show you how to use it on cards, tags and place settings. All materials are included, including a stationery pack from Folly & Gander. Refreshments will also be provided.
